Clean the wild turkey breast, removing any silver skin. Add turkey, chicken broth, onion, garlic, and SPG to an Instant Pot or slow cooker.
• Instant Pot: Cook on High (Poultry) for 30 minutes
• Slow Cooker: Cook on Low for 6 hours

Remove turkey and chop or shred into small pieces.

Add sour cream, green chiles, cilantro, SPG, garlic powder, and cumin to a blender. Blend until smooth and set aside.

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add shredded Chihuahua cheese directly to the pan. Once melted, add chopped turkey on top

Place a small tortilla on top. Flip when cheese is golden and crispy. Fold and cook until both sides are crispy. Repeat until finished

Top with sliced avocado. Serve with green chili sauce and enjoy
