Season venison roast generously with SPG and BBQ seasoning. Heat a pan over medium-high heat and sear the roast on all sides until browned.

Add to the Instant Pot along with onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, beef broth, and apple cider vinegar. Seal and cook on high pressure for 55 minutes.
If using a crockpot, add enough beef broth to cover the roast halfway. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until tender.

Allow a natural release for 20 minutes, then release the remaining pressure. Remove roast and shred with hands or forks.

Add BBQ sauce to the shredded venison and mix until fully coated (add more as needed to keep it
moist). Pile onto toasted buns and serve
