1
In a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium-high heat, brown the ground venison, breaking it apart as it cooks.
2
Add the diced bell peppers and onion. Cook for 4-5 minutes until softened. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
3
Add the tomato paste and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently to deepen the flavor. Sprinkle the flour over the mixture and stir well to coat everything evenly.
4
Pour in the beef broth while stirring, then add the Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce if using.
5
Season with your favorite salt, pepper, garlic blend, and Cajun seasoning to taste.
6
Add the chopped cabbage and stir until combined. Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender.
7
Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Serve hot and enjoy!

Really good just a little bland to me but I just added another tablespoon of tomato paste and a 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire and it was perfect but overall really really good 👍
