Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the ground venison. Cook until about halfway done.

Add the diced onion, bell pepper, and jalapeño. Continue cooking until the venison is fully cooked and the vegetables have softened.

Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add the chili-ready tomatoes, tomato sauce, and chili seasoning packet. Mix well.

If you prefer a smoother chili, use a potato masher or spoon to break up the larger tomato pieces.

Bring the mixture to a simmer, cover, and cook for 10–15 minutes.

Cook your hot dogs using your preferred method. Place the hot dogs in buns and top with a generous amount of venison chili. Finish with shredded cheddar cheese and serve hot.
