Cook 8 slices of minced bacon until crispy and set aside. Get a bowl and mix cream cheese, cheddar, jalapeños, and bacon until combined. Season with SPG and form into 4 patties.

In another bowl, mix venison, 2 pieces of minced bacon, and Cajun seasoning, and form into 4 quarter-pound balls.

In a skillet over medium-high heat, place your burger ball and let it sear for about 1 minute. Smash it down, then cook until about 70% done. Flip, top with pepper jack cheese and a jalapeño popper patty, cover, and let it finish cooking while the cheese melts.

Remove the burger from the skillet and lightly toast your buns. Spread a spoonful of sauce on the bottom bun, place the burger on top, then finish with the top bun. Serve and enjoy!
