First, in a bowl, add ground venison, minced bacon and seasoning and mix well. Form into 4 quarter pound balls.

Slice your onions as thin as possible and set aside. Add your venison ball to a pan over medium-high heat and let it sit for about a minute before smashing it down.

After smashing, add your shaved onion and let the burger cook for a few minutes before flipping. The onions will cook down and will protect the patty from overcooking. Once onions are cooked down, top with a slice of cheddar cheese.

Add your burger buns to the top to let them steam for a minute. After steaming, build your burger how you like and enjoy!
