1
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.
2
In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground venison. Once about halfway cooked, add the diced onion, 3 cloves of minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, pepper, and fresh parsley.
3
Continue cooking until the venison is fully browned and the onions are softened. Pour in the pasta sauce, stir well, and reduce the heat to low while you prepare the Alfredo sauce.
4
In a separate large skillet, melt the butter over low heat. Add the remaining 5 cloves of grated garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
5
Pour in the heavy cream and warm through. Slowly stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until completely melted and smooth. Taste and season with salt and pepper if needed.
6
Add the cooked pasta to the Alfredo sauce and toss until evenly coated. Spread the Alfredo pasta evenly into the bottom of a large baking dish.
7
Spoon the venison meat sauce evenly over the pasta. Top with the Italian Style Finely Shredded Cheese and a little fresh parsley.
8
Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes, then broil for 1–2 minutes until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and golden brown. Serve hot and enjoy!
