1
Slice the venison against the grain into thin strips sized to fit over each jalapeño half. Coat the venison with Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and BBQ seasoning in a bowl. Refrigerate while preparing the remaining ingredients.
2
Mix the cream cheese, cheddar, and 1 tablespoon BBQ seasoning until well combined.
3
Slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes with a spoon. Fill each jalapeño half with the cream cheese mixture. Top with a strip of the marinated venison.
4
Wrap each popper with bacon and secure with a toothpick if needed. Season with additional BBQ seasoning.
5
Preheat an oven or smoker to 350°F. If using an oven, place the poppers on a wire rack over a sheet pan.
6
Cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until the bacon is fully cooked and the cheese is melted. Serve hot and enjoy!
