In a bowl, combine the ground venison, diced bacon, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, and ranch seasoning. Mix until everything is well combined. Form the mixture into 4 equal burger patties.

Heat a skillet or flat top over medium heat. Cook the burgers until browned, then flip. After flipping, top each burger with sliced cheddar cheese. Cover and continue cooking until the cheese is melted and the burgers are fully cooked.

In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, tomato bouillon, mustard, chili powder, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Toast the burger buns. Spread the burger sauce on both sides of the bun. Add the burger patty and serve hot.
