Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Add the ground venison, chopped broccoli, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, and seasonings to a large bowl. If using straight ground venison without added fat, mix in the finely minced raw bacon.

Mix everything together until well combined. Form the mixture into approximately 1-inch meatballs and place them evenly on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake at 400°F for about 12 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through. Allow them to cool slightly before serving to little ones.
