Cut potatoes into fries and soak in ice water for 15 minutes

Thinly slice venison into small strips

Drain fries and pat dry. Heat oil to 275°F and fry potatoes for about 5 minutes until tender.

Remove fries and increase oil temperature to 350°F. Fry again until golden brown and crispy, then season with SPG.

Cook venison on high heat with SPG until done

Mix mayo, buttermilk, and ranch seasoning to make dressing

Layer fries, cheddar cheese, venison, ranch, and green onions. Optional: add crispy bacon
